By 'actual' Great Destroyer, I reference to that adorable dragon we seen
So, what I am in turn attempting to find a bit of a path on is to say that Primordius there likely has a few names and the Great Destroyer (although a Destroyer) could be just a name for him as well.
Which would lead into the Great Dwarf being a being that defeated Primy and could have been the one who placed that one in particular to sleep.

WTB Chapter 4!!!!!1 Good artwork. I'm sure there was a working storyline in it as well. Too bad it got canceled. Would be interesting if Anet makes it somewhere down the line. Of course it will likely be modified if they decide to.

And that's just touching on two Meseoamerican civilizations. Popular thinking places the Inca alongside them. While technology wise that is correct, they were too far south to be Meseoamerican.
As a quarter Incan myself, this is the chapter I'm going to always wish GW had put out... The themes would have been really wonderful to explore.

1) The cities of Indus Valley Civilization are far far older. So Tenochtitlan can't have the first sewer system, not by a long shot.
2) On what do you base your claim that Mayan astronomy was more advanced than it is now? I'm not saying Mayan astronomy wasn't advanced compared to other nations of that time, or those before, but saying it was more advanced than it is now ...

If the Chronomancer was going to be a class that could affect the timing of skills, or seemingly turn the time of a battle back or forward, that could have been interesting.
Some example skills (no skill names, elite status, energy cost, casting time etc):
Hex. For 4...10 seconds, the next skill used by target foe does not produce its effect until 20...40 seconds after its use, and that skill takes 100% longer to recharge.
Spell. The last enchantment cast by a foe in earshot is removed from its original target, and applied to target ally instead. The duration of this enchantment is 60...30% shorter than normal.
Spell. The last hex cast by a foe in earshot is removed from its original target, and applied to target foe instead. The duration of this hex is 60...30% shorter than normal.
Spell. The last skill used by a foe in earshot that dealt less than 80...120 damage to a single target is used on target foe. The original target is healed for the amount of damage taken.
Skill. All foes in earshot become Dazed for 10...20 seconds, and all allies in earshot use the skills they last used again. All your skills are disabled for 10...6 seconds.
While several classes already have the ability to affect the timing of skills to an extent (cast time, recharge buffs/debuffs), a profession devoted entirely to this, with some originality, would have been great.

Simply awesome. This has the magic Guild Wars has sadly lost for me. Wouldn't mind paying for GW2 too, if it looked like that.

Agree. And very interesting set of spells .
But that wouldn't be enough to make this a class, as they would too dependent on others to cast their spells. May be add spells like Echo so that they can steal other's spells, and delay/shift physical damage too.
Anyway, it's very refreshing .

spell. For the next 1...10 seconds, all damage dealt to you is dealt 1...10 before this spell was cast.
spell. previous 1...3 spells cost double casting cost, next 1...3 spells cost half casting cost.
